Ice storm

Last night we got a big storm. It was snow for a little bit then it turned to sleet and now it is just raining. They canceled school today. All the trees are coated with ice- it looks really awesome! I tried to go out and shovel the driveway, but there is so much rain that it is a MESS! There is a little bit of snow on top, and then the rest is just water. I shoveled the walkway a little bit, but it was doing more damage than anything. Every time I shoveled some water would start pouring out and making a bigger mess. So I decided to leave it for James- he can decide what he wants to do when he gets home! :) When they said we are under a flood watch they weren't joking!!!
Thankfully they realigned James district so he has the stores that are close to us now!! So today he just went there! Driving into Boston would have been a nightmare!! Here are a few pics I took- hopefully you can see the ice!! If you click on the pic to make it bigger you can see it better.
