Easter

We had a great Easter weekend! The kids didn't have school on Friday so they were thrilled about that! We hung around the house and cleaned it up and swam. On Sat. we went to our friends huge Easter party! They had hamburgers and hot dogs, a big wiffle ball game, tug of war, a 3 legged race and a huge Easter egg hunt, and the grand finale confetti eggs! The 8-12 year old boys plotted together to get James! He did a pretty good job of keeping them away, but they did get him! I think there was close to 200 people there- it was crazy!



Sunday the kids got up before church and found hidden eggs that the Easter bunny had left. He also left a big basket full of candy, a couple of xbox games and an itunes gift card for the kids to share! (I think our Easter bunny is getting tired!!)

New addition to the fam-

That's right! We have a new addition to the family and the check book! She sure looks cute though!! Ü

Slacker--

Yes I have been a slacker lately! I don't know why I haven't felt like blogging- I guess Im just too busy hanging on the beach.. LOL

We got our annual tickets to Busch Gardens and Sea World this past week. We are excited to have those! We went to Busch Gardens on Saturday and it was AWESOME!! It was kind of busy and we didn't have a ton of time but we got in a few rides! I am looking forward to going during the week when its not too busy!

Surprise Birthday Party!!

Last weekend we had a big surprise birthday party for 3 of our good friends! They all had birthdays that week so we thought it would be fun to get them all together- each thinking the party was for the other one and surprise them all together! Our friends from church decorate cakes and offered to make them each a cake! They turned out awesome!! Thanks Petersons!

Last night we decided to drive out to the beach and watch the sun set. I LOVE that we are close enough to just go do that!! Not long after we got there we spotted a group of dolphins playing! They were really close to shore! It was so awesome!!

And last but not least--- James got his new car!
