Happy Birthday Jaymz

You can tell I am new at this blogging stuff because on the real important things like a BIRTHDAY I forgot to take pics! I got all caught up in everything that I forgot the camera! Jaymz got $30 from cards in the mail (thanks everyone) so he had me take him to the store to buy some webkinz stuff. He got some clothes for his webkinz and they had just got in the penguin that day so he had to get the new penguin too!! So- I know it's not as good as b-day pics but here is a pic of what he bought with the money everyone sent!

ANYTHING FOR A LAUGH

Sometimes I wonder where in the world Damon came from!! He is so crazy! He will do ANYTHING for a laugh! It makes me nervous for when he goes to school! I have a feeling he might be the kid that is always in trouble for something!! Last night he sat on the floor for about 30 min trying to make Aubrey and Jaymz laugh- with a dumb hoodie! He comes up with the craziest ideas!






I was making dinner and out of no where he asked me what my username was. I looked at him like he was crazy and he just laughed and walked away!! The day before that I was on the phone and I noticed that he had scissors so I took them from him -- but it was too late-- he had cut the Christmas lights to my little forest and village.

With Damon around life is never boring- not for a second!!

I know I've posted 3 blogs today- but Im just trying to keep up through the weekend- I decided to take some pics of Aubrey today because lately she is the cooking queen. She wants to cook or bake something all the time! Today she was wanting to make something really bad so she went through my recipe box and decided on sugar cookies. She doesn't "need any help" so she did these basically all by herself! We are all glad they turned out!!! Thanks Aubrey!!!

We spent the day Saturday setting up our Christmas decorations. I decided to keep my little forest of trees and then get a real tree for the livingroom. We haven't gotten a real tree for a long time (they were really expensive in Vegas and they dried out really fast too) but here they are cheap and nice!! It is so nice to have the pine smell again! I LOVE it!
James is MR obsessive when it comes to Christmas lights- he has to have them perfect so I leave it to him-- he will re-do what I have done anyway. It is kind of funny to watch him! I used to get stressed out because it stressed him out so much- but now I just laugh!! So any lights on the tree or on the house he did- all by himself!!

MICE---

The little field mice are loving our warm house! Every time we (the kids) leave the door open for a min we find a mouse in the house!! Im not real happy about that! James put traps out so luckily when we have found then they are dead but still they are in MY HOUSE!!! Damon thinks they are cute but they creep me out!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

TODAY WE ARE GOING TO SOME FRIENDS WE MADE IN THE WARD FOR THANKSGIVING. WE DECIDED TO TAKE THE KIDS TO A PARK WE HEARD WAS COOL. WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT IN VEGAS ANYMORE!! TODAY WE ARE THANKFUL FOR DUNKIN DONUTS AND THEIR HOT CHOCOLATE!!!! :)

SNOW ALREADY?????

It is FREAKIN snowing here already! What the heck? I showed Damon and he smiled then he looked out a couple different windows and came yelling to me "MOM IT'S EVERYWHERE!!" It was pretty funny! He keeps saying it's not all over the ground though. I guess he is waiting for the BIG snow~ This is plenty for me though!! I do have to say it is pretty to look at and I feel like it is getting closer to Christmas now with the snow~~ NO mom I am not going to break out the Christmas music yet~~~ I know you probably already have!! :)

So I realized I didn't post any pics of our GREAT view! Here are some different angles from the house!! The colored trees are amazing! I feel like we live up in the mountains or something!!

The Kids have had so much fun roasting marshmallows in the fireplace! This is a brand new thing for them!! We have a fire pit out back but it's too dang cold! So we figure that inside will have to do for now!! The kids don't seem to care! They thought it was SO great to go out in the back yard and find sticks in the forest! Just like Camping!!!

So we are moved in and getting settled! The kids started school and are doing really well! They are doing better than I thought they would! The kids are LOVING the house and the yard! They met a few neighbor kids that are their ages so that is good too~ So here are some updated pics of the house.
