Ernest

We went to the library today and I let the kids pick out a few movies- Damon saw Ernest saves Christmas and totally wanted to get it! They have seen Ernest scared stupid and LOVED it so they wante4d to get all the "Ernest" movies! I'm cracking up at the TOTAL 80's stuff in it! The girl that helps him has the sweet side ponytail!

I got the kids signed up for the summer reading program! For every 100 pages Jaymz reads he gets a ticket he can turn in for a prize and when he gets 5 tickets he gets his name in a drawing for a cool bike! Aubrey gets a prize for every 8 books she reads- They can also count audio books so we are going to find a few to download on their MP3 players. That way they can listen to them on the airplane going to UT and still get their points! Damon was a little upset that he couldn't do it, so I told him I'd give him a prize if he lets me read to him!

Aubrey made strawberry banana milk shakes tonight for us! I am LOVING having her around! She loves to cook! She likes making desserts but she makes meals too! If she hasn't made something before I just walk her through it and she does great! She is also starting to babysit now and that is SOOO nice! She does a GREAT job too! Anyone that can keep Damon out of trouble is awesome in my book!! :) I can't believe she will be 12 next month!

James is up at girls camp tonight- they asked him and about 10 0ther guys to go up and do a little scripture skit. He is Enos. I'll have to try to take a pic of him in his little costume!

that is awesome you have such a good cook in your house! I can't wait until Cole is about 10-12 just so he can watch his brothers more. I'd hire her to babybsit if you lived by me!
