Today we decided to go to Maine since it was the kids last day of Spring Break. James took the day off and wanted to do "something"!! So we loaded the kids up and were off. It is only about an hour to an hour and a half to Maine and it is so pretty! James has been there since a couple of his stores are there but the kids and I have never gone. I was excited to see a lighthouse! Today wasn't the greatest day to go to the beach since it was about 50 degrees but of course that didn't stop the kids from trying out the water! After about 10 min of the FREEZING water they were done! They had a BLAST though!!

How cool! Did you notice that you had an extra kid??? Who is he?
I went to Hampton Beach in Maine in June or July once. The sand was too hot to walk on barefoot, but the water was still FREEZING!
The extra kid with us is one of James young men from church- he wanted to tag along for the day! This beach is just down from Hampton- it is York

It's so pretty out there! I love the lighthouse. I want to see one. The kids are getting so big!
